We serve a variety of delicious flame grilled meats: chicken, beef and goat from sustainable and organic suppliers and free range fresh fish (Tilapia) from lake Victoria. All our food is professionally butchered, the goat is also completely free range and farmed by the Maasai. For extra tenderness we serve younger animals, for the goats this means up to a year old and max 13kg.
Before being flame grilled, our T-bones, Chickens, Ribs and Legs are infused in Mbuzi Munch's secret blend of herbs and sauces for an authentic taste of the Kenyan national dish
